Reserved Matters Applications

On this page, you will find some information about the detailed planning applications (otherwise known as “reserved matters applications”) submitted in December 2020.

This information is intended to give you a flavour of the detailed scheme of the planning applications themselves.

In addition to each Developer submitting a detailed “reserved matters” application for its parcel, there will be a fourth “reserved matters” application covering communal elements such as significant public open space, play facilities, allotments, key roads and drainage and attenuation ponds.

We do not have a separate page for this fourth application although some useful information about relating to this application is available. This includes:

A draft landscape and public open space strategy (as above);

A draft drainage and ponds plan; and

A draft S38 adopted roads plan.
