The Ashfield Partnership is still awaiting sign off from Hampshire CC for the passing bays and the junction works.
Providing that this is received:
- Construction on site should commence at the end of July.
- In the meantime, demolition of the old farm buildings at Hoe Farm will start on the 27th of June.
- First thoughts on a scheme for the traditional buildings at Hoe Farm, and for the allotment gardens over the road, are likely to be available for consultation in September.
- We are hoping that Hampshire CC will agree that the whole length of Hoe Lane will be restricted to 30 mph for the period of construction.
