
Mountbatten Park is proposed in the Revised Local Plan to become a community of about 300 new homes together with some workspace. It envisages a revival of the existing facilities at Mountbatten Park, adventure space within Combined Operations Wood, and a new walled allotment garden and play space close to Hoe Farm.
Test Valley Borough Council’s Southern Area Planning Committee unanimously confirmed approval for the outline application of the Mountbatten Park site on Tuesday the 14th of July 2020. The Reserved Matters Application for community consultation and submission in the December 2020, can be found here.
We are pleased to announce that Test Valley Borough Council’s Southern Area Planning Committee approved the Reserved Matters Planning Applications for Mountbatten Park on the evening of Tuesday the 8th of June 2021.
